Leadership Programs

Executive Empowerment has substantial experience in the development and delivery of successful leadership programs across the corporate, government and academic sectors. We are currently involved in the ongoing development of Deans, Heads of Departments and other senior academics at a leading G8 University, as well as providing internal organisational programs and multi-organisation training in the corporate and public sectors.

Our work is informed by a close relationship with a leading Australian University School of Business where we are involved in cutting edge research projects examining the efficacy of executive coaching. Our close partnership with academia includes the development of subjects to be offered in a Master of Business program, based upon the training we currently provide in the business sector, and drawing together extensive practice and theory.
