Nick Ramondo has more than 27 years of experience providing professional coaching and psychological services to executives, athletes, couples and families. His training in clinical psychology and understanding of systems theories has provided Nick with a unique capacity to help Executives improve their personal and leadership performance within the context of their organisation or team.

 

He is passionate about assisting people to reach their potential in the workplace, including achieving success with interpersonal relationships, health and quality of life. Through his unique blend of skills, humour and powerful change strategies, he empowers people, whether on the individual or team basis, to identify and implement effective solutions, thereby changing entrenched patterns of behaviour and maximising true potential.

 

Nick’s approach is to assist his clients identify and validate strengths in their leadership and management styles, and support them to set and achieve goals to change or flex their style to achieve their optimal performance.  He can provide an opportunity for executives and managers at all levels to discuss issues that may be difficult to raise with colleagues and to create strategies to resolve conflicts and ensure organisational goals are achieved.

 

Nick’s communication skills are first class and he is adept at taking complex concepts and ensuring they are accessible to the people he works with.  In an academic context, he has a strong grasp of the dynamics of university systems and firsthand experience of the challenges facing academics as they juggle teaching, research and administration in this rapidly changing sector.

 

Nick is a registered Clinical Psychologist in WA, is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and a member of the Institute of Private Clinical Psychologists (WA).

 

He was awarded his Bachelor of Psychology degree in 1980 and Master of Psychology Degree (Clinical) in 1982.  Nick has taught extensively to under-graduate and post- graduate psychology students.
