Bridget Boultwood has over 20 years experience in providing professional coaching and psychological services to individuals and groups. Her extensive background in clinical psychology and her work in understanding and interpreting individual and group dynamics provide her with a strong capacity to assist executives and their teams to work more effectively and cooperatively.
Bridget’s strengths include her engaging personality and ability to enable clients to feel relaxed and supported in any situation. She uses easily accessible processes to assist executives, managers and anyone with leadership responsibilities to understand the systemic dynamics of the various relational situations in which they find themselves. Her focus is to work with them individually, to maximize their performance in these areas. She is also able to identify areas in which the executive can modify or flex their approach to interpersonal relationships in order to make them more effective.
Her in-depth understanding of group dynamics enables her to show executive and leadership teams how to work more effectively together by understanding the underlying issues they face and facilitating practical strategies that the team can implement to improve their overall performance.
Bridget’s extensive knowledge has been informed by many years of working in clinical and organizational environments, both with people new to management positions and with entrenched leaders who wish to improve their performance and attain higher levels of excellence. She can also provide individuals with the opportunity to explore personal challenges that may be difficult to discuss with work colleagues, or within a work setting. In a group format within the workplace, her focus is to maximize efficiency, cooperation and leadership within work teams.
